Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

We ship your order within two working days following the confirmation of the purchase by registered mail, shipped via CTT.

After your purchase you will receive an email with the order confirmation and the tracking number so you can track your order here http://goo.gl/UbrLT5

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

If you want to get your order in b.kini store, you will receive an email once your order is available. After sending the email, you will have five working days to get it, except cases previously reported to us.

Shopping carts - Waiting for payment

Orders awaiting payment in the "Shopping Cart" will be canceled automatically by our backoffice system after 48 hours. Exceeded this time, the order will be canceled and the product is again available for purchase.
We only make online reservations for a period of 48 hours and in our Showroom for a period of 24 hours.

Returns Policy

Items can be exchanged or returned within fifteen working days, provided that the tags, labels and hygiene sticker have not been removed. In case of visible use items will not be exchanged or returned.

Items must be returned still in their original packaging.

The returns will be refunded only the value of the article. To this end, send us an email HERE with your IBAN for repayment.

In case of return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

After receiving the item, b.kini reserves the right to deny exchange or return if it does not agree with the standards of "Returns Policy".

Exchanges will be processed within a period of 2-3 working days after receipt of the items.

The exchange can be made for another size or another model in stock at the moment. This must be done for a product with equal or higher price.


The deadline for return is counted from the day of shipping.

Returns are allowed only for online purchases. Purchases made in our Showroom (store) will only be exchanged in the absence of the possibility of returning.
